Based on our staffing needs, we are currently seeking: • Project Manager – CORRECTIONS/JUSTICE with a minimum of 10 years of corrections/justice facility experience in project management, design, production, construction administration and client interface. Applicants must have at least 5 years of prior experience as a Project Architect or unlicensed equivalent. This position must oversee all aspects of a project and manage the design team, including Project Architect(s), Design Technician(s) and consultants. Must understand how to schedule a project and estimate production efforts. • Project Manager – HEALTHCARE with a minimum of 8 years of health care facility experience in design, production, construction administration, project management and client interface. California OSHPD experience a Plus! Applicants must have at least 5 years of prior experience as a Project Architect and must be licensed. This position must oversee all aspects of a project and manage the design team, including Project Architect(s), Design Technician(s) and consultants. Must understand how to schedule a project and estimate production efforts. Qualified candidates must have a strong working knowledge of building systems and be production proficient in the current version of AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit is a plus! Must also possess strong oral and written communication skills and leadership abilities in order to provide quality client service.
