Andy McPherson, AIA, LEED AP
Director of Design

As Director of Design, Mr. McPherson leads the project teams through concept design and design development phases. His talents lie in leading project stakeholders and committees through the planning and design process. His communication skills foster collaboration and result in a consensus on project issues. During production/administration phases, Andy oversees the project team, prepares presentation drawings, and maintains a key role in code and budget compliance.

Andy has established exceptional credentials in over 30 years of work as an award-winning architectural designer. He is particularly sensitive to the functional and aesthetic aspects of exterior and interior spaces, and has strong skills in creating projects that meet the wants and needs of the client.

Andy is a LEED Accredited Professional, and has served on the AIA/CV Committee on the Environment, AIA/CV Justice Committee, AIA/CV Technology Committee and The Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS) Membership Committee.

 
   
Eric Fadness
Eric Fadness, AIA
Senior Project Manager

As a senior project manager with over 16 years of experience, Eric leads the justice facilities design team in wide variety of Justice projects, ranging from public safety facilities and courthouses to adult detention/correctional facilities and correctional medical facilities. With additional studies and experience in urban planning and design and building security, he regularly contributes to the planning and development of building and site design.

Eric oversees the project team through all phases of the project, from programming and conceptual design through construction, while maintaining project schedule, budget and quality control. As the day-to-day client contact, attention to client needs and service to the client are his top priority.

As an active member of the AIA Academy of Architecture for Justice (AAJ), Eric participated as a Juror for the 2004 Justice Facilities Review and he chairs his local chapter of the AAJ and Technology committees.
