9.7.2002	Natomas Educational Complex - Groundbreaking A beautiful September day was the setting for the beginning a unique project. September 7, 2002 marked the groundbreaking for the Natomas Educational Complex located in North Sacramento. The vision created was for an educational complex of a High School, Los Rios Community College and a City Library, all close enough to share facilities, curriculum, and resources for the benefit of all. The City Public Library is to be shared by both educational groups. The playfields of the High School would be a buffer between the educational complex and the regional park and managed by the City Parks and Recreation for public use during non-school hours. The recreation and exercise facilities within the High School would also be open to the public as a neighborhood fitness center. Click here for more information.

7.19.2002	Riverboat Cruise As usual, the 4th Annual NLA Riverboat Cruise was a huge hit in addition to our annual calendar of events. This July, the firm held its fourth annual Delta Riverboat Cruise for staff, clients and consultants. Everyone cut loose and danced the night away!

6.06.2002	NLA Golf Tournament (proceeds going to Sacramento Zoo) NLA's first ever golf tournament benefiting the Sacramento Zoo was a SWINGIN' success!!!! The 2002 Swingin' Safari was attended by over 100 golfers! It was a fun day with Stan Atkinson graciously being the Master of Ceremonies and a putting contest worthy of any pro-golfer. 5.16.2002	2002 NLA Conference - Web-Based Project Management This year's conference was held at the Sheraton Grand Sacramento and covered the latest in Web-Based Project Management. 3.15.2002	Glo-bowling Night! Glo-bowling night was a blast! This event was open to NLA employees and their families. Fun was had by all as we bowled the night away!

2.15.2002	2002 Ski Trip This February, NLA staff and family hit the slopes of Sugar Bowl Ski Resort in the firm's first office ski trip. Reports of Mike Corrick flying down double black diamond runs have yet to be substantiated.
