Office Manager
As Office Manager, Rhonda is responsible for the management, supervision and support of the administrative services operations. Rhonda is also responsible for providing human resource services, including administration of employee benefit programs, and ensuring basic policies and procedures are in compliance. Rhonda has been with Nacht & Lewis for over 10 years. |

Mike Parrott, AIA
Project Manager
Mike’s project experience encompasses all aspects of healthcare, from primary care to critical care, and many imaging modalities, for example, cardiac cath, MRI, PET, CT, radiology/flouro-angio, ultrasound, mammography, gamma camera, and dexascan. He has 15 years of combined experience on both the design and construction sides of the building industry. In addition to the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Mike is an active member of the AIA Committee on the Environment, the AIA Academy of Architecture for Healthcare, and the California Society for Healthcare Engineering.

Lorenzo Lopez, AIA
Project Manager
With over 16 years in Architecture, Lorenzo has a broad range of experience in project management, planning, design, documentation and construction administration. His projects have included CDCR mental health and medical facilities, county jails, civic projects, and courthouses, including the Superior Court of California, Merced; the U.S. Federal Courthouse, Sacramento; and the new multi-jurisdictional courthouse in Portola, CA. As Vice-Chair of the San Francisco Chapter of the AIA Academy of Architecture for Justice (SF AIA-AAJ), Lorenzo and the chair are responsible for arranging speakers at monthly meetings and providing content for a monthly justice newsletter. He will serve as chair next year, and will also be involved with organizing this year’s National AIA Academy of Architecture for Justice Conference to be held in San Francisco in the fall.
